摻釹釩酸釔(Nd:YVO4)
摻釹釩酸釔(Nd:YVO4)晶體是一種性能優良的激光晶體,適于制造激光二極管泵浦特別是中低功率的激光器。與Nd:YAG相比Nd:YVO4對泵浦光有較高的吸收系數和更大的受激發射截面。激光二極管泵浦的Nd:YVO4晶體與LBO,BBO,KTP等高非線性系數的晶體配合使用,能夠達到較好的倍頻轉換效率,可以制成輸出近紅外、綠色、藍色到紫外線等類型的全固態激光器。現在Nd:YVO4激光器已在多個領域得到廣泛的應用。而且Nd:YVO4二極管泵浦固態激光器正在迅速取代傳統的水冷離子激光器和燈泵浦激光器的市場,尤其是在小型化和單縱模輸出方面。
